Leah Wynsouw

Director of People and Culture

Leah came to Archway Community Services in 1995, initially working in our Central Support Services program. Soon after, she took on the role of Office and Facilities Manager where she oversaw the Central Support Services and a number of Archway Facilities. In 2012 she took on the role of Director of Human Resources (now known as People and Culture). She oversees employee recruitment, engagement and retention as well as Volunteer Coordination. She enjoys providing support and advice to the leadership team and contributing to a positive work culture and employment experience for all Archway staff.

In addition to her role of Director, Leah co-chaired the Health and Safety committee for more than 20 years and currently chairs the People & Culture Committee and sits on the Wellness and Space Committees.

Leah is a long-time resident of Abbotsford and enjoys cooking, running, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
