Centre for Success is the first authorized test centre established by Paragon Testing Enterprises to administer CAEL CE and CELPIP tests out of India for those wishing to immigrate to Canada or study in Canada at all levels.
Centre for Success (formerly known as India2Canada) is a fully owned subsidiary of Archway Community Services.

Program History
Its first international program began in 2015 with pre-arrival services in Chandigarh, India and was known as India2Canada. The program ran until 2019 and was funded by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada). Hundreds of Canadian Permanent Resident visa holders were able to receive education and orientation in India before arriving in Canada.
India2Canda has now been re-branded to Centre for Success.
Our links with Paragon Testing Enterprise
Paragon Testing Enterprises, has been administering English language proficiency tests developed at the University of British Columbia (UBC) since 2009.
At present, Centre for Success not only conducts regular tests on its campus but also provides authorized coaching classes for the preparation of the same.
