Benjamin Mehrer

Board Member

Benjamin Mehrer is a passionate and purpose-driven leader who brings a people-first approach to everything he does. Born and raised in Abbotsford, he has spent over a decade building a career rooted in community connection, inclusive leadership, and youth development.

In his current role as a Market People Manager for a local franchise organization operating eight McDonald’s restaurants in Abbotsford, Benjamin leads initiatives focused on hiring, training, community outreach, and employee engagement across multiple restaurant locations. His work is guided by the belief that everyone deserves access to opportunity, and that strong communities start with empowered individuals.

Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Integrated Studies with a minor in Communications from the University of the Fraser Valley. He has been recognized for his leadership and dedication through various speaking engagements and involvement in charitable initiatives supporting local youth, families, and newcomers.

Benjamin is proud to serve on Archway’s Board of Directors, contributing his lived experience, professional expertise, and heart for service to help shape a more connected and compassionate Abbotsford.
