Archway Community Services employs more than 500 full- and part-time employees, working out of 28 different sites in Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack and Langley, B.C.
Our 90+ programs are guided by a strong Executive Team, which includes a Central Operating Officer, Central Financial Officer, and two Executive Directors. They are supported by two Directors and seven Associate Directors, all working under the leadership of our CEO, Rod Santiago. They in turn report to our Board of Directors, led by President Benjamin Lorimer.
This governance team provides the over-arching decision making mechanisms required to direct and accomplish the business of Archway Community Services. It serves as the body and process which assures accountability to our members, donors, funders, staff, and the community at large.
Our Board of Directors:
- Sets the strategic goals of the organization.
- Establish guiding principles and policies.
- Delegates responsibilities and authority to the CEO and leadership team, for enacting those principles and policies during day-to-day operations.
