Personal information
Personal information is recorded information about an identifiable individual. This is information like your name, phone number, address, and email address as well as any other information that could be connected to you.
On our website, we have taken care to design our forms so that there is very little personal information required before you send it. However, all our forms need a minimum of your first and last name, and your email address so we may reply to you.
On the forms that ask for additional personal information when you are donating or applying to volunteer, we have added an extra layer of security on our website.

However, we also welcome phone calls, emails, and visits to our sites if you want to request services or receive more information about us.
