Geena Dhaliwal is a committed public health professional with a strong background in health sciences, social policy, and community engagement. Known for her analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for equity, Geena brings a multifaceted perspective to the Archway board table.
In her role as a Data Analyst with the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), Geena works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance medical transportation systems, improve data accuracy, and support culturally safe health services. She applies her technical expertise in Excel, ShareFile, and Monday.com to streamline processes and drive meaningful outcomes for First Nations communities across British Columbia.
Geena holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Social Policy Issues from Simon Fraser University. Her academic and research journey—including fieldwork in South Africa with SANTHE—has shaped her deep understanding of health equity, social determinants of health, and culturally informed approaches to public health.
Passionate about creating inclusive systems and impactful community partnerships, Geena brings experience in data-driven decision-making, stakeholder collaboration, and evidence-informed policy analysis. Her work is grounded in a genuine commitment to reconciliation, community wellness, and systemic change.
Outside of work, Geena enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family and friends, and caring for her energetic boxer puppy, Maple.
