Jasneet Varing

Board Member

Jasneet was born and raised in India and immigrated to Canada in 2010 to pursue higher education, completing a Diploma in Marketing in 2013. She moved to Abbotsford in August 2016, and started volunteering with the Archway knitting group in September 2016. She has assisted with computer and LINC classes, as well as the Best for Babies program. 

While Jasneet had an abundant professional and personal life, she still experienced a sense of emptiness. Searching for answers led her to discover Yoga and Ayurveda, which have made a profound impact on her life.

Jasneet now teaches Kids Yoga at Dasmesh Punjabi School, and leads children and adult classes at the Abbotsford Recreation Centre. She believes that her purpose in life is to help bring joy, love and hope to as many people as possible.
