Narinder is a Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in the areas of addictions treatment, mental health services, and immigrant settlement and has worked with the federal public service since 2005. He leads a Diversity, Equity and Anti-racism Task Force with Veterans Affairs Canada and holds a Master of Social Work.
