Rebecca Luedtke is a senior strategy and growth leader with nearly two decades of experience advising organizations across the industrial and energy sectors. Her work has focused on market strategy, operational effectiveness, and commercial excellence, helping complex organizations navigate industry disruption and strengthen long-term resilience. She brings experience in strategy, pursuit leadership, and cross-functional operations, along with a reputation for clear communication, sound judgment, and people-centered leadership.

Rebecca has held leadership roles in sales enablement, business development, and strategic operations at a global software and professional services firm and an AI start-up. She has guided teams through organizational change and advised executive stakeholders on growth priorities. She holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Professional Arts, and a Project Management Certificate.

Becky is excited to join the Archway Board to deepen her roots in the community, build trusted relationships, and contribute meaningfully to Abbotsford and Archway’s future.
