Kelly Neufeld

Associate Director of Communications, Philanthropy & Administration

Kelly Neufeld joined Archway in 2017 as the Manager of Marketing & Communications and now serves as the Associate Director of Communications, Philanthropy & Administration. In her role, she leads the marketing, philanthropy, and reception teams, working to amplify voices and share impactful stories with donors and community partners.

Kelly is passionate about fostering inclusive environments and chairs Archway’s Inclusion & Diversity Committee as well as its Equity, Diversity & Inclusion working groups. Through this work, she helps bring Archway’s values to life in meaningful and tangible ways. She also enjoys improving systems and leveraging technology to enhance organizational efficiency. Over the years, Kelly has played a key role in an agency-wide rebrand, rebuilding the internal intranet, and supporting the transition to Office365.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Fraser Valley, with concentrations in psychology, business administration, and communications. Kelly also has certificates in leadership, public relations, and social media marketing, and is nearing completion of a Master’s degree in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University.

A lifelong resident of the Fraser Valley, Kelly enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters.
