Director of People & Culture

Staphanie is a strategic and people-centered HR leader with over a decade of experience in senior roles across the nonprofit and healthcare sectors from Ontario. She joined Archway in April 2025 as Director of People & Culture, bringing a thoughtful, values-driven approach to organizational growth and culture.

Over the course of her career, Staphanie has led a wide range of transformative initiatives—including leadership development programs, policy overhauls, job evaluation projects, and HR system implementations. She is known for her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver practical, people-first solutions that create lasting impact.

Staphanie believes that exceptional workplaces are intentionally built. Her leadership is grounded in clarity, equity, and integrity, ensuring that every employee feels supported, heard, and empowered to thrive.

She is also a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR).

When not at work, Staphanie enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, practicing yoga and reading.
