Valerie Papp

Associate Director of People & Culture

Valerie Papp joined Archway in 2022 and became the Associate Director, People & Culture in June 2023. Valerie has over 25 years of human resources experience and leadership across different types of organizations, in private and public sectors. She seeks to build an inclusive environment with processes and programs that support all employees with the tools and resources to succeed.

Valerie has two Bachelor’s degrees in Geography and Political Science, along with a Human Resources Management certificate from the University of Calgary and has been a member of CPHR since 2005. She enjoys spending time outside and travelling.
