Charitable Donation Receipts

Thank you for making a donation to Archway Community Services. If you are looking for your donation receipt, please see the following information.

Online Donations

If you made a donation through our website or directly on the Canada Helps website you should have been emailed a receipt at the time of donation. Unless you have a Canada Helps donor account and selected the option of “Send me a single receipt at the end of the year with all of my donations.”

Your online donations come to Archway via our online link to CanadaHelps. Since CanadaHelps holds all your information securely, they also issue your charitable tax.

 

  1. Please check your junk mailbox as the receipt may have been accidentally blocked.
  2. If you have an account, you can log-in at Canada Helps to access your receipts
  3. If you don’t have a Canada Helps account you can use the Receipt Download tool.

Offline Donations

If you donated over the phone, through mail or in-person you will be mailed a receipt. During busy holiday seasons, receipts will be delayed due to a high volume of donations.

All donations made offline in 2021 will have been sent a receipt before the tax deadline at the end of February 2022. Monthly donors will receive one receipt for the entire year unless otherwise requested.
