By the time Robin had her three children, she took almost every program offered at Family Centre.
This place (Family Centre) is a lifesaver; this is my big library of resources that I can access anytime,” says Robin. “Support is the number one thing I have taken away from all the programs. People here – they really get it.”
She has become a more secure parent, strengthened her bond with her kids, built friendships, learned about self-care, mental health, nutrition, how to deal with a spirited child and so much more.
