Archway’s Operation of the Recycling Program Has Concluded

Abbotsford Mission Recycling Program – Now Operated by a New Contractor

While the Abbotsford Mission Recycling Depot itself is not closing and will continue to serve the communities of Abbotsford and Mission, the operation of the depot by Archway has come to an end after 50 years of service.

As of January 2026, Emterra, has taken over operations. They will run the drop off depots and the sorting will now be done off-site using automated sorting methods.
