The mission of the Archway Food Bank of Abbotsford is to nurture families and cultivate community within our city by providing supplemental food assistance and other supportive programs.
The Food Bank operates on donated food, money, supplies, and services.
In partnership with Archway Community Services and other amazing businesses, organizations, and volunteers, the Archway Food Bank offers their guests:
- Monthly supplemental food hampers
- Free dental care at our on-site clinic,
- Kids’ summer camps,
- Seasonal fresh produce
- Special Christmas hampers
- Other exciting programs
In 2018, they gave out over a million dollars of food, which was only possible because of everyday heroes like you.

Archway has been operating the Food Bank since the 1980s and it grew out of the Christmas Bureau which began in 1968.
