Counselling for adults in AbbotsfordShort-Term Counselling Program
Abbotsford residents can access up to 10 free sessions of counselling with a staff counsellor. This service is available for clients who have been impacted by anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationship issues or difficulty coping.
Who We Help:
- Adult clients (19+) who are residents of Abbotsford
- Please note that counselling sessions are intended to offer emotional support and coping skills and counsellors cannot offer a professional opinion for diagnostic or court purposes.
