Looking to make friends and build meaningful connections while getting a great workout? Look no further! Experience a community of fun and social outdoor workouts with no commitment. Drop-in sessions are on Tuesday nights at 7pm. Exercises are customized for all fitness levels and are led by a fitness facilitator. Outdoor activities include jogging, stretching, strength training, and more.
Men’s Fitness Community is a program of Archway’s Abby Dads program and is open to all men.
