Community-Based Employment Services (CBES) is a flexible, community-focused program that supports individuals facing complex barriers to employment. CBES helps clients build stability, confidence, and meaningful pathways toward work.
The program uses outreach and wraparound services to meet people where they are, offering individualized support, flexible timelines, and connections to resources that address both employment and life circumstances.
How We Can Help
Support we offer includes but is not limited to:
- Employment planning & placement
- Job coaching & support
- Skill development
- Community integration
- Ongoing support to maintain job placement
Who We Help
We help individuals who are:
- Experiencing one or more barriers to employment, specifically related to homelessness, substance use, mental health issues or disabilities
- Aged 18+
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Unemployed at the time of intake

- Self-referrals are welcome
- Please email or phone us to book an appointment to fill in the intake form
