Conversation Circles

Conversation Circles gives newcomers an opportunity to connect with each other and practice speaking English, while learning about Canadian culture and their new community from a volunteer. Both in-person and online options are available for participants to join.

Conversation Circles is a Community Connections program and all services are free.

Dates and Times

Tuesdays 10:00am – 11:30am (In-Person ONLY)

Emmanuel Mennonite Church
3471 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford
Free childcare is available with advanced registration

Morning Conversation Circles run weekly throughout the year from September to June, with breaks in December and March.

Wednesdays 7:00pm – 8:30pm (Online ONLY)

On Zoom

Evening Conversation Circles run weekly in the Spring and the Fall only.
