While the risk of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in Canada remains low, Archway is keeping a close eye on the developing situation. At this point, there are no known cases of COVID-19 in clients or staff and unless otherwise notified, our activities are running as scheduled.
We have made the decision to temporarily suspend several programs that have groups or serve vulnerable clients. Please reach out to individual programs to confirm whether or not they are running.
Our programs have stepped up our hygiene practices and are following our standard contagious illnesses protocols and best practices as advised by Fraser Health.
Client Precautions
We are asking staff to stay home if they are sick, or have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, or been in direct contact with someone who is showing symptoms or recently travelled to a high-risk location.
For everyone’s safety, we are asking clients to follow the same safety protocols and refrain from coming in if they are at risk. Please contact the program you attend or access to reschedule or make alternate arrangements.

There is a lot of information being shared on social media, but we encourage our clients and the public to rely on credible sources for information and updates such as Health Link BC, the BC Centre for Disease Control, Fraser Health Authority and the Health Canada website.
Going Forward
If anything changes with our services, we will reach out directly to clients where possible and share on our website and social media. We recognize how essential many of our services are to our clients and are carefully considering ways to continue to provide limited services in the event of a more serious outbreak.
