Please join our STRIDE (Skills Training Results in Directed Education / Employment) for Older Workers program in their first Employment Forum on March 2, 2020!
This forum will be an opportunity for people 55+ (existing clients, potential STRIDE participants and anyone 55+ interested in learning more about the program) to meet and interact with employers, ask employment-related questions and expand their network.
It will also be an opportunity for the participating local employers to access a pool of experienced and mature job seekers who can provide the dependability, reliability, and dedication which they desire in workers.
Multiple local employers from different sectors will be in attendance to meet with job seekers.
Whether you’re an existing STRIDE participant or Archway client or completely new to us, if you’re 55+ and seeking to expand your skills and find work, we encourage you to attend!

Participants have described the STRIDE program as the one place where they feel they belong. One said it reassured her that she was not alone, which was really important for her to know. Participants also talk highly of the camaraderie they enjoy in our workshops, learning new things together.
